1. When you train at lower intensity you will burn a lot of fat

The most important emphasis when bodybuilding is to lose fat as well as to increase your muscles. In order to reduce your body fat, you should burn more calories when training. In order to burn a lot of fat you should train at high intensity since this requires a lot of energy. The more energy you spend when training the more calories your body is going to burn. For beginners it is very difficult to sustain high intensity training. This is because it requires lots energy and you should give your body enough time before it gets used to the training.

2. Steroids are very healthy

Steroids are very dangerous because they can lead to very many side effects. Most of these side effects are as a result of the hormonal imbalance as a result of using steroids. Some of the side effects include; enlargement of the clitoris, shrinking of the testicles, low sperm count, decreased sex drive, growth of breasts in men, women develop bass in there voice, increased aggression, depression, suicidal tendencies, insomnia, withdrawal syndrome, liver ailments, heart complications, high blood pressure and kidney problems.

3. Aerobics are the best exercise to lose weight

If you want to lose weight you should not focus a lot on aerobic exercises. This is because weight training exercises are the best when it comes to losing weight. Weight training exercises help you increase your lean body muscles and in the process you are able to increase your body metabolism. Once you increase your body metabolism your body will be able to burn a lot of calories and therefore you will be able to lose weight. Muscles require a lot of energy to be maintained.

4. Overweight’s have no need to exercise

There is a common notion that people who are overweight have no business exercising. In reality, obese people are the ones who are supposed to exercise regularly. When you exercise, you will be able to reduce the chances of getting ailments related to being overweight such as; high blood pressure, high cholesterol levels and heart problems.

5. Home gyms are not effective

If you think that home gyms are not effective you are not going to succeed in bodybuilding. Home gyms are even more convenient than going to a public gym because you will be able to train in your own time.

6. You should prolong your workout session for it to be effective

You should not prolong your workout session because this will increase your body catabolism. You should train a minimum of 30 minutes in each workout session so that your training can be effective in helping you increase your muscle size. You should keep your training session short and rest properly.
