Almost every man wants to have a healthy, muscular body (Many women do too). To get and maintain this type of body, one has to go to the gym at least 3 times if not more a week, eat a strict diet of high protein foods and leafy greens, take supplements and of course daily exercise. Who has the time for all this though? This is where the 7 Minute Muscle program comes in.
When one hears the statement, “7 minute muscle”, they are probably thinking to themselves, “yeah right” or that it’s a phony program. After testing out the program, however, many people have piped up to state that it really does work.
7 Minute Muscle was developed by Jon Benson, who also created Fit After 40. This program was created to give you muscle building results with very short 7 minute workouts. It is a perfect program for people who are too busy to work out.
This program comes with a 100 page training manual and 6 training videos. You are provided with three different types of workouts which include, the famous 7 minute workout, the 14 minute workout and the 21 minute workout. This gives you three different levels of workouts. If you are a beginner, you would start with the 7 minute video and work your way up from there. Although these workouts are short, they are also intensive so you will achieve results fast.
You will receive information on muscle growth, fat loss and more, which are all cited references. You will also learn how to build your chest in minutes, your arms in minutes, how to improve your lower body and more. The training manual and the videos make it very easy to follow along, however, you should take it slow at first and stick to one weight level until a session is complete. Do not keep switching weight levels as this is not going to speed up the muscle building process.
Understand that although the 7 Minute Muscle program offers such a comprehensive 100 page manual on how everything works, it won’t work unless you actually do the work. You cannot sit back, read the manual and watch the videos and expect to see results. You have to follow exactly what the manual tells you and do the muscle building exercises that are in the videos to get the body you desire. It is the people who follow the training and workout consistently that shape their bodies into lean, hard muscular bodies.
