Weight Training

Stress Reduction

If you can’t focus upon enjoying yourself during intercourse due to mental stressors, you are going to have a very tough time performing at your best. Whether it is a bubble bath, a sauna, or yoga – find a solution to the stress you face on a daily basis. You’ll soon discover that sleep, sex, and many other aspects of your life will come to you easier!
