For me I think the easiest cardio you can do which does not need any kind of training or specialized equipments is walking. This is especially useful to those people who have been unable to make up their mind on the training routine they should follow. The other advantage about walking is that it can easily form part of your lifestyle, so the next time you are thinking of driving to the supermarket, just take a walk and you will be amazed of the results you get after a month.
Don’t stray from the fundamentals in losing weight
If you want to lose weight fast and you are not just kidding yourself then you need to learn the fundamentals, only then can you be able to lose weight fast.
If you want to lose fat here then are the fundamentals,
1. Perfom Cardio Exercises
Cardio exercises are aerobic exercises such as jogging, cycling, step classes, walking and rope jumping to name but a few.
2. Lift Weights
Do not just hit the gym for appearance purposes, the little chance you get there should be utilized to the maximum. What I mean is that you should train very intensely using techniques such as compound movements and progressive resistance training.
3. Know Your Calories
It is not just a matter of knowing your calories, you should ensure that each day you burn a lot of calories than you consume. Try and limit the amount of fat you take in each day by not eating very fatty foods such as pork and mutton.
Also avoid taking junk foods as this are usually accompanied by a lot of calories. The best food to take is natural food products and not junk foods.
If you want to lose weight below is a list of low calorie foods; asparagus, lettuce, spinach, broccoli. If you examine the list carefully you will notice they are all veggies. There you have it, if you want to lose weight eat veggies as they are very low on calories.
