pmXfit – The Ultimate Training System!

Body building begins with fun. At the beginning of a body building program, there is skylarking motivation, overreaching enthusiasm and voluminous energy to exercise. If not for the initial muscle aches and soreness arising from inflexibility and rigidity of a previously inactive body, body building at the beginner’s level is alike to a wedding.
Even more fantastic is the speed of gaining muscle mass and strength. Initial stimulation of muscle growth is highly successful and with minimal efforts, a beginner can generate phenomenal muscle increase. This is largely because the body is adapting to the energy and muscle demands of a previously unknown challenge. Two months in the gym are enough to get a beginner body builder hooked into the venture for life. Muscles become rock-solid, more defined and large. The body gains both stamina and strength. Vitality is rekindled, flexibility rejuvenated and the body empowered.
The first few months when one is correctly introduced is a honeymoon for real. The new body builder wants everybody to know that he or she is into body building now and to see how successful he or she has been just after a few months. The body builder is in most times madly in love with barbells and exercising equipments. The gym even smells nice. The daily schedules and must-do-lists start with workout sessions at the top. Sleep become more effective and dependable. Food become delicious and the appetite hits the roof. Life gains an all time high thrill. The new body builder floats on helium, in a world of his or her own. With such monumental gains in just a few months, the new body builder gets carried away with the imagination of how much he or she will attain after one year. It’s really unbelievable, sweet and all that.
And then reality hits. It starts when the intensity levels must be increased. The routines become a little bit and progressively demanding. The gains start reducing as the body gets used to the workout routines. The motivation starts dwindling. Enthusiasm runs out. The diet starts to bore. Introductory exercise are dropped and more technical exercises are adopted, requiring more concentration and involvement. Injuries begin to happen. The roses dry out. The honey moon is over and the intermediate level of body building is ushered in. in six months or so, the body builder gets into hardcore workouts which continue to intensify as time goes by.
The workouts previously configured in numerous sets of only a few reps change. The sets are reduced drastically and the reps increased per set. These makes it possible to train muscles to complete failure. To make matters even worse, it becomes increasingly necessary to lift bigger weights if maximum stimulation of growth in the muscles is to be achieved. In this stage of body building, miracles never happen. The iron is that from this point forward, the slightest of muscle gain will demand greater and greater intensity that ever before. Sweating begins. The inner strength is called upon. Life becomes a real hustle. Staying power is marshaled. The hardcore body builder is born.
