body mass An Easy Guide On How To Gain Body MassThis article is tailor made for skinny people who are having difficulty gaining body mass. If you are the sort of person whose body metabolism works overtime then you know exactly what I mean. There are some people who cannot be able to add body mass even if they train a lot and take plenty of calories because there genes wont allow them. Your body type sometimes depends with your genes and therefore if you are the sort of person whose genes do not allow them to gain weight then you need to take certain measures if you want to gain body mass.

You should never use steroids in order to gain body mass due to the following side effects; liver conditions, the clitoris enlarges, the testicles shrink, you become more aggressive, low sperm count, loss of hair, you develop a low libido, women break there voices, there menstrual cycle also becomes irregular, heart problems, liver conditions, sleeping disorders, insomnia. If you wan to gain body mass you need to balance your training with proper dieting and rest. This are the three factors that are a prerequisite in order to gain body mass.

The first one involves weight training in the gym or by making your own home gym. This type of exercises is very important and the whole reason for exercising using weights is so that you can be able to frustrate your body muscles. When you damage your muscles they usually grow during the recovery process. Do not seek to gain body fat when you are trying to gain body mass instead make sure that it is muscles you are putting on and not body fat. Do not stick to one load through the whole training otherwise you will hinder the muscles from growing. The more stress you give the muscles the more they will be able to respond and grow. Your training regimen needs to be very demanding such that the muscles become very actively involved.
You cannot be able to increase your body mass if you do not stick to this rule.

The other issue has to do with the amounts of calories you eat during any given meal. The key to increasing your body mass lies with the amount of calories you take each day. Calories are the chief source of fuel for the body. If you have insufficient supply of calories in your system you will not be able to train intensely in the gym. Do not let anyone full you into believing that you can increase your body mass and yet not take plenty of calories; this is a very big lie. You need to ensure however that your calorie intake is carefully balanced with the amount of training you undertake each day. This is because if they are not properly balanced the excess calories will end up being converted into body fat and stored in the body.

You also need to rest so that you can be able to gain body mass. Failure to rest will lead to the loss of already acquired muscles.
