Saturated fat not only contributes towards excessive weight but also leads to dangerous conditions like coronary heart diseases. You can understand the difference between saturated and unsaturated fats by understanding that saturated fat remains in solid state while the unsaturated fat is found in liquid state.
You should also consume a good amount of fruits and vegetables as they help in body building. There are many nutrients and vitamins that are mandatory for regular functioning of body. The watery fruits also help you retain water.
Your diet has to have an adequate amount of fiber because it contributes a lot towards body building. It improves the movement of bowel and provides good amount of vitamins and minerals. Moreover, it is an excellent way to lose weight. Eat more leafy vegetables and avoid fruit peels.
The perfect diet for body building must include all food components in the right amount and should be rich in nutrients. You have to make sure that you consume at least 5-6 small meals everyday instead of having 3 larger ones. You should never miss out on breakfast because it is the most important meal of the day.
