Building muscle while losing fat can be almost twice as hard to do just one. Building muscle can be done by lifting weights but after your done lifting you would more than likely be too tired to try to exercise to lose weight.
Even thou it would be hard tedious work doesn’t mean it can’t be done. It can be done with the right “Can do’ attitude and some effort.
When trying to build muscle have a workout plan. This workout plan can include anything from lifting weights at a gym to doing pushups at home. In this case it is recommended to do pushups and sit-ups at home. Push-ups are a natural exercise and won’t rip the muscle much; sit-ups are natural to and are good for gaining abs while losing belly fat at the same time.
When trying to lose unwanted fat your diet is the most important factor in the process. Try to change your diet to only consuming healthy foods with low calories. Healthy foods include any vegetables, fruits, and baked or grilled meats. You should sit down and plan a weekly diet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. For breakfast it’s recommended to eat eggs, a couple slices of bacon and a glass of milk. For lunch you can have a sandwich, a fruit of your choice and a bottle of water. One night for dinner you should have grilled chicken, collard greens, a glass of cold water. Meals like these are healthy and also contain a good amount of protein which gives the body extra energy and muscle.
If you are getting little results from the right dieting and exercise then you should consider researching weight loss pills and/or weight loss programs. There are a number of programs that are out on the market that you can find out about in put into effect. There are a great number of diets that are also out on the market that you can really put into effect also. Dieting and exercising should do the job but sometimes people have what’s called a low metabolism which makes your body burn fat a lot slower than the average metabolism. If this is the case you should do some research and see if you can find anything that relates to your body and needs. On the other hand if gaining muscle is the problem for you even with the recommended exercising, you may not be exercising enough.
Lots of people take too long of a break during sets which gives their body too much time to recover from the last set almost giving it enough time to regain to the original amount of energy. This would be like doing one set instead of the desired number of sets that you may have completed. Other cases a lot of people sometimes over lift not giving their body or muscles enough time to regain to a comfortable amount of rest. Over lifting is very dangerous and can harm your body in the long run. Just remember to give your body enough rest but not too much. You will get better at estimating the two with time.
