Wait for your heart beat to come a little low but cut short the rest before it gets down too low and your body starts to cool.
While doing bodybuilding workouts, make sure that your back is supported when doing weights. This will help in preventing debilitating injuries. You know that it is time to drop the weight when you feel that you cannot finish the set without either cheating or maintaining a good form.
