The other advantage of taking eggs is that they are very cheap compared to taking lean beef. All you need to do is to buy a tray of eggs and store them in the house.
The third type of food which should be in your list is poultry. Poultry include chicken and turkey, which are a very wonderful source of protein. Poultry meat are also easily available although they are a bit expensive compared to eggs and beef.
You should also include fish since it has plenty of benefits for a bodybuilder. Fish is very rich in proteins plus the essential omega three fatty acids.
