Let me first of all start of by issuing this disclaimer; my definition of easy isn’t popping some pills here and there. I know that I will starts sounding like you’re Grandma who is against this generation’s quick fix for everything. From microwaves o instant coffee, instant tea, soon we’ll even have microwave if not instant babies. Let me not digress any further, weight loss! It’s amazing that more than half the adult population has weight problems. As for teenagers this percentage is even higher I kid you not. While the cheerleader with a great boy thinks tat her thighs are too big, there is the computer programmer who suffers from severe friction between hi thighs because his are big. While one person suffers from anorexia, another suffers from binging. While one overeats, the other starves himself. Life is full of irony, but if you didn’t want to lose weight then I would be out of a job!
As I said, I won’t believe in popping pills as a way to lose 50 pounds n a couple of weeks. Not only is it simply ridiculous but it is also unhealthy. Yes, I have to admit that some of those pills actually do work, but what happens when you get off them? What happens to the skin that’s left sagging because you lost weight too fast? I won’t even mention the stretch marks that you are likely to deal with for the rest of your life. Weight should be lost healthily and naturally. The best way of doing this is by reducing your calorie intake and at the same time increasing your physical activities.
Before you hit the gym, you have to make sure that you are eating healthy and right. This means that you should eat a balanced diet and in the required quantities. Always keep in mind that any food you eat that s in excess of what your body requires at that particular point will be converted into fat and stored up. On the other hand, if you eat less than what your body requires, it will have to burn the stored fat deposits to meet the energy deficit. If you have never learned how to count calories, well it may not be such a bad idea. Just don’t make the mistake man make when they go from eating 3 large pizzas to a vegetable salad the next day because they woke up that morning and decided to loose weight. Make sure that the calorie reduction is gradual, if not your body will think it is being starved. It will therefore cling onto the fat you so direly want to lose and will instead burn your muscle tissues.
Going to the gym is a good step but you can still on a lot on your own. One of the most effective weight loss exercises that you can do is cardio combined with weight lifting. Simply do 20 minutes of cardio every morning and go shop for smaller clothes because the fat will come off, healthily.
