Again it was realized that eating or consuming 3-4 servings that include dairy products will do more good than going for calcium supplementation by means of calcium-rich foods or pills.
The use of dairy products in the fight against body fat has proved very effective since the research carried out showed that the concerned persons lost considerable amounts of body fat more so in the abdominal area. Citrus fruits- Citrus fruits including lemons, oranges, lime and grapefruit are some other types of fat-fighting foods. The main ingredient that imparts this property in the fruits is the Vitamin C. This vitamin has the ability to dilute and liquefy the fat. As such the body will find it easier and more convenient to eject the fats from the body. It’s no wonder that most people squeeze lemon juice over their roast meat.
Garlic and garlic oil. These are other excellent sources of anti-fat properties. In addition they also impart a delicious taste to the food.
Vegetables. Vegetables are indeed helpful in reducing the amount of body fat by their calorie burning properties. Ensure that you can at least access some vegetables e.g. carrots, asparagus and celery etc.
Soy products. Soybeans contain lecithin, a substance that helps in preventing fat from depositing on the cells. Soy is also beneficial in the breakdown of bodily fat deposits.
