If you are doing a lot of weight lifting you are putting strain on your joints. When you drink water your body will be able to lubricate your joints.

Foods that you may not think will help you build muscles are sweet potatoes, low-fat yogurt and pumpkin seeds. After you have finished working out you can eat oatmeal, brown rice and pasta. These all help you promote muscle. When you find your body is starting to build the muscle you desire keep up with your workouts so you can shape an tone the muscle you have worked so hard to get.
