A: Well, first off, Gakic isn’t creatine at all. It’s actually a fatigue toxin remover – so in other words, it removes lactic acid from the muscles. Two drawbacks though, tablets are expensive (about $85/ month). Powder is cheaper, because it’s going to be discontinued, so buy it to try it, but keep in mind everyone says it’s terribly unpalatable. Another product, Creakik is similar and similarly abysmal in taste. These are recovery drinks, anti-toxins that are expensive and are probably only good to take when you are doing a very heavy cycle. Drinking water will rid your body of the same toxins, so save $85!
