Although there is a misconception that the best and fastest way to get cut and built quickly is only possible with the use of steroids and illegal drugs; however, this misconception is mainly due to a couple famous athletes and bodybuilders who are seen in the media which take these products, and in fact within a month’s time have gained 50 pounds of muscle. However, there are ways to getting cut fast, without the use of steroids or other illegal drugs, which are natural, and can give you the same results as steroids (maybe not so drastic, but at least it’s natural and healthy), without killing your body with illegal substances.

There are many things you can do which will help you gain muscle mass more quickly, and bulk up, just by changing up your diet, your exercise regimen, and cutting out some things and foods which you might love, but are killing your diet. First off, you must exercise and lift weights. The best way to build muscle mass quickly is to do heavy and slow reps at the gym; it’s not necessarily working out for longer periods of time, but working out smarter and knowing the proper exercises to build muscle. Also, doing double workouts a day, although time consuming, will help you attain goals more quickly as well.

Next, you must change your diet. Cut out high carbs (not completely, just the bad sugar based carbs), sodas, fried or greasy foods; and, replace them with lean protein, vegetables, dairy, and natural supplements to enhance protein intake. Protein is key; high protein low fat diets are the best for building muscle quickly. Also, protein shakes, bars, powders, are great ways to incorporate protein, and cut out calories at the same time.

Lastly, cutting out alcohol is a key. Many people hate this idea, but alcohol is a bodybuilder’s worst enemy. However, the antioxidants in red wine, can be beneficial, but it must be drunk in moderation, and not on a daily basis. Other than that, say goodbye to beer and strong liquors, if you are really serious about getting cut.
