test syringe How Does Testosterone Usage Affect Your Cardio Exercises?Testosterone can never be ignored or not be spoken about anytime one thinks of cardiovascular exercises. It has so much to do with exercises that just ignoring it or how it affects the level of exercising would be uncalled for.

In essence, those people who are always exercising are much healthier more than those many among us who take training as a curse. These individuals have been enjoying larger muscle mass, body fat that is low in content with vast reserves of testosterone in larger proportions than those individuals in their midst who are lazy and unmotivated.

One could take a solace in the fact that we all have levels of testosterone in the same proportions. In other words, there is no one who can have his/her levels of testosterone being lowered after engaging in exercises. Studies into this have depicted some contradicting information that mean this cannot be termed or alleged as being true. A recent one has postulated that those males who take part in sports of endurance have levels of testosterone being much lower more than that of their peers who are not trained. Some long distance athletes, swimmers and marathoners have always been subjecting their bodies to some rigorous bouts of training each and everyday. Intense training has been known to somehow impair ones immune system. More keenly, this can be termed as the connection which shows that a specific impairment of a long term nature makes the immune system to begin sending conflicting messages to the pituitary gland for it to halt any production of the hormone testosterone. On the other hand, this could be deciphered as a lack in the part of the body to contain and have some available resources to produce testosterone after some specific exercises.

But such information does not in any way affect a bodybuilder, more so those ones who are in the completion of cardio exercises every day in the preparation for a specific show, they often perceive their muscles deteriorating in such an alarming rate. In obvious terms, there will never be studies completed that suggest the effects of serious exercises on the immune system of a bodybuilder for so many years to come. It has taken many decades to have full examination of levels of testosterone on runners, which suggest that it could be longer before researchers begin to shift their analysis on a local average bodybuilder. It could even take some time for professional bodybuilders to begin agreeing to share the same sit with researchers as they tell all that they could about their bodies. In the time being, the only place to get good research analysis is on the studies performed on the athletes who practice long distance running and other endurance sports.

In this case the bodybuilder and individual not inclined in taking steroids for adding on testosterone levels, the secret is to remain working out with less intensity and protect the less levels of the hormone in the body from being used up during high intensity exercises.
