gun show How To Achieve Instant Mass GainA lot of people fail to understand that gaining mass is not just a matter of eating a lot of food. If you are a hard gainer then you probably have some personal experience of just what I am talking about. You try to eat a lot of food but still you are not able to put on any mass. The problem could be that maybe you are not eating the right kind of food which is needed in mass building. If for example you are on a high vegetable diet you will not be able to put on mass because vegetables contain very few calories. And there you have it, the key to gaining mass lies in the amount of calories you take in each meal. You should eat foods which have a high concentration of calories. Such foods include complex carbohydrates, fresh fruits and proteins.

We all know that proteins are the building blocks of muscles. And therefore you can not increase the amount of muscles in your body if you fail to eat proteins. The more calories you take the better the chances of increasing mass stand. There are things which the body requires and eating the right kind of diet will not solve them. In this case the only solution you have is to take supplements. However care should be taken so that you do not take steroidal supplements. Steroidal supplements are usually accompanied by very negative side effects.

The other thing you need to consider so that you achieve mass gain is to incorporate weight training. This is because you want to gain muscles and not fat. Your main objective should be to attain the right kind of weight and not fat. Therefore you need to weight train in order to get lean body muscles. The lean body muscles will be useful in burning the excess calories which would otherwise be converted into body fat.
The worse thing than being underweight is being overweight; this is because it is very difficult to lose weight when compared to gaining weight.

Your training regimen should include very little aerobics; this is because aerobics are only useful when it comes to losing weight. However since your main agenda is to gain mass aerobic training should be the last thing on your list. When you want to gain weight the last thing your body needs is to burn a lot of calories. Calories act as the body fuel and therefore for you to be able to do the heavy weight lifting you need to conserve the calories you have in the body. Heavy lifting equals increase in body mass.

Rest is also important when it comes to increasing body mass. Rest allows the body enough time for the muscles to be able to develop. If you do not give the body proper rest period during the night or after each workout then the muscles will not be able to repair themselves for you to be able to achieve muscle growth.
