If your like most of the people who workout at the gym you don’t like to work your legs and never even bother to learn how to build leg muscles.

I’m hoping today I will be able to provide you with some information to change that once and for all. When it comes to building leg muscles you cant quit doing it just because you only care about the glamorous muscles like biceps and chest, not only does it look silly it also causes unnecessary strain on the rest of your body that is under developed and could turn into a medical problem damaging your body.

A lot of people have asked me in the past how do I build leg muscle and I tell them the best workout for your legs which also will cause the rest of your body to grow is the squat. The Squat is the ultimate muscle builder; I have heard of people who have never worked out there legs before start squatting and got stretch marks all over there back from new growth just by doing a leg workout the squat is the ultimate exercise.

The next best thing would have to be the leg press this is sort of a machine which you sit on and it has you in the squatting position and you can lift heavy amounts of weight safely unlike with squats you will need a spotter to be safe. The next best exercises would be separate lifts and machines that don’t work the leg as a unit but muscle by muscle such as calve raises and leg curls for hamstrings.

If you really want to learn how to build leg muscle you can consult a personal trainer and have them go over the workout with you for the first week or most gyms will provide free sessions when you signup to keep you highly motivated and so your technique is good.
