Both have their own advantages, working out at a gym you will have more options to work different muscles because of the vast selection of machines and weights that gyms offer. Working out at home you won’t have to pay a monthly bill to a gym and you also save on gas. For building muscle mass fast I would recommend working out at a local gym.

Rest also plays a very important role when trying to build muscle mass fast. A lot of beginners think the more you lift then the stronger and bigger you get. In ways that is true but on the other hand it can be wrong. Over lifting can cause serious long term damage to the body which can have you unable to life weights for a while. Not working out for a while ca reduce your results. Also to fully get the full effect of working out you have to rest your muscles and body. If you don’t rest your muscles after a long day or week of working out your muscles won’t grow properly or as fast as they should.

Protein is a great supplement for maximizing your results when you are physically active. Protein can be found in all meats and some starches. You can also purchase protein shakes at a local health store. Protein shakes shouldn’t be consumed like a beverage; they should be consumed when you are working out to maximize your results. When consuming large amounts of protein throughout the day remember to drink plenty of water so that the protein doesn’t mess up your digestive system. Try making a diet schedule for your protein intakes. Consuming to much protein at one time can also be a waste of protein because your body will automatically identify it as waste and force a vile movement.
