You need to take plenty of vitamins also since they will provide the body with energy to fight off diseases. Some of the ailments can be avoided if a person takes plenty of vitamins in there diet. Vitamins boost a person’s immunity system which is usually lower, especially after intense workout.
You should also include healthy fat in your diet. They contain high amounts of calories which will enable to add body mass and also train intensely in the gym. Your food should be cooked using vegetable fat.
