You should also ensure that you vary the training routine from time to time to avoid the muscles from becoming complacent to the routine which will inhibit growth. You should ensure that you challenge your muscles constantly by varying the routines you are using. You should go out of your way to ensure that your muscles do not get used to the training. You need to keep on changing the number of sets; reps and techniques you use during the training session and in so doing you will be able to develop your body physique.
