Dear Friend and Fellow Iron Warrior,

Back in the mid 1970’s when I first started getting interested in bodybuilding, I used to order old issues of MD and read them cover to cover! I’ll never forget the excitement when a package from York, Pennsylvania would arrive with all the old back issues from the mid 1960’s and early 70’s!

But back then, you hardly saw any supplement ads, just Hoffman’s protein powder and wheat germ oil! Almost the entire magazine was nutrition and training articles! That’s the way it should be because nutrition and training are far, far more important than supplements! Yes, supplements are awesome, but you need to train and eat properly to get really good in this sport! Anyway, one of my favorite authors was a guy named Bradley J. Stiener. His credo was that most bodybuilders over trained “with ‘little exercises’” like leg extensions, lying triceps curls, lateral raises, etc.! Instead, he strongly suggested heavy compound exercises like benches, squats, military presses, barbell curls, and rows. He recommended heavy weights, no more than 5 reps per set and no more than 5 sets, and 48 hours rests between workouts!

Sometimes…Less Is More!

Now, as you can see, the volume of this program is not big… but the intensity level is, because you should be doing 80-85% max, and low reps, just five per set.

So for example, on one workout day you’d do bench, military press, and curls… and then on another day you’d do squats and bent-over barbell rows for 5 sets of 5!

Now, at first blush, this doesn’t seem like “nothing” and you could do it standing on your head! But the plan is to do exercises that would multiply muscle groups, low volume, heavy weight to stimulate deep, deep muscle fibers… but at the same time both completely exhaust the mechanism… “you”! In other words “stimulate” not “annihilate”! And be sure to rest plenty in between sets so you re-gain your strength for upcoming set!

That’s it, low volume, high intensity, heavy weights… and lots of food, rest, and the right anabolic agents! And if you do this… you’ll grow like three proverbial weeds!

Now Let’s Add An Anabolic Agent…And You’ll Really Be Sailing!

Ok, so what are the right anabolic agents? Of course you can go the prescription route, but that’s always dangerous, albeit a highly effective ‘one’.

But the best way to use anabolic agents is to use one that does not interrupt your natural endocrine system. This way, you don’t shut down natural Test production, which you never want to do.

One anabolic agent I highly, highly suggest is one called Orabol™. Modeled after the Australian vet steroid, Nitrotain, Orabol™ is very, very anabolic but very non-androgenic so you can stay on it practically forever.

As long as you eat lots of protein with Orabol™ you’ll start growing like a Big Dog… even it you have no clue on how to train!

But, if you do have a “clue”, and you should, because you just read about one…you’ll be a monster in less than a heartbeat.

Oh, and one more thing. Don’t do a bunch of wussy aerobics and become physically active in other sports! Just rest and grow my friend and after 16 weeks of heavy training, protein, and Orabol™ you’ll completely freak out everyone you know… I mean completely bring them to their knees with amazement!!

Oh, and one more thing still! Be sure to eat plenty of complex carbs and super high protein meals to give your muscles plenty of fuel and re-growth material! After all, you can train till the cows come home… but if you never eat, you couldn’t train for long!
