Your place of work out needs to be much ventilated. When you train intensely you need plenty of oxygen so that you do not pass out. There is a gym I used to go to which had very poor ventilation. There were a lot of incidences where a bodybuilder would faint after lifting weights, and it took as quite some time before realizing that it was the poor ventilation which was making people to faint.

The place you go to workout should have a personal trainer. If you are a beginner in bodybuilding, a gym instructor will give you advice on how to train using proper form and technique. This is the best way you can be able to avoid gym injuries.

Your place of workout should also have clear guide lines on how to avoid gym injuries. If you do not observe these rules then you are prone to succumb to gym injuries. Many bodybuilders have not been able to compete professionally because of gym injuries. When you train you need to ensure that the issue of preventing gym injuries is paramount otherwise you will not succeed. The pace you go to workout therefore needs to have clear rules of avoiding injuries.
