When training you should ensure that you maintain proper form all the time. You need to make sure that each lift is a perfect lift and no point should you train using bad form. The reason why you should focus to maintain proper form in your training is so that you avoid injuries. When you train using bad form you increase the chances of getting gym injuries. Your reps should be slow and controlled.

4. Goals

As a bodybuilder it is very important that you set goals for yourself. The goals you set for yourself need to be SMART. This means that they need to be simple, measurable, attainable, realistic and time bound. You should classify your goals into either short term goals or long term goals.
