After the doctors prescribe these methods, they advice on light workouts for the body builders so that the injury and pain does not develop to the extremes meaning that the exercises will only be meant to keep the body fit. It is in this sense that all weight lifting routines must be abandoned and rather taking exercises to keep the muscles a little strained to allow continuous development.
