The best aerobic exercises include; jogging, cycling, horse riding, walking, treadmill, swimming, skating, step classes, stair climbing, and mountain climbing.

You should train very early in the morning or in the evening so that your body can respond fully the aerobic exercises. Aerobic exercises will also make you feel more positive towards life because it helps exercise your psychology.

2. Weight train

When your body has a high metabolic rate, you will be able to lose weight fast because metabolism plays the key role when it comes to losing weight fast. Metabolism can be defined as the process through which the body generates energy and uses it in order to sustain life.

One of the factors which determine the rate of metabolism is the amount of lean muscles in the body. The more lean muscles you have the higher your body metabolism. Weight training therefore is also important if you want to lose weight.

3. Rest

This is very necessary because it facilitates the repairing process of the muscle tissues.
