The mindset of people when they first workout always has good intentions, “Go all out and exercise and do as much as cardio as humanly possible then I will have good intentions.” However after some time has passed they might have lost a little bit of weight but did they gain any muscle? Did they honestly look better in the mirror? Understandable frustration begins to set in and they begin to look for that easy button. The first thing that looks like that easy button is expensive supplements that many have proclaimed to work. So they buy those and they might have lost a little bit more weight. They look like a skinner version of their former selves, with no six pack or glamorous muscles. Most people jump in head first not really educating themselves or not educating themselves enough. In order to achieve the goals that they set for themselves they need to realize that to tone their body they need to do more than just cardio and running exercises.

Many people need to know that they need to include a workout that involves some strength training in order to achieve the level of muscle definition and abdominal muscles that are ripped to the core that they deserve. Once they are eating the right meals with the right nutrition they need to tweak their workouts to have the right balance between cardio workouts and weight lifting workouts. Keep that good ratio between your cardio workouts and your weight training. Remember your muscles are defining while your cooling down they aren’t just growing while you are working out. So giving your muscles that time to rest and grow is important and that is when you should be doing your cardio.

Now with you woman out there that are afraid to have some bulging muscles don’t be afraid. As long as you have balance in your workouts then you won’t run into the problem of awkward bulging biceps and a plump belly. Therefore, once you start your balanced workout you should expect to have an overall defined body that is balanced and shaped exactly how you want it to be. People need to stay determined though, too many times do I see people underestimating what they can really do and start gradually getting away from their diets and workouts and then back to their old weight gaining habits.

We are not trying to reach the standard of Hercules when we weight lift. Start out slow at your own pace and you will be amazed that if you really put your mind to something how fast you will progress. And stay away from that scale, sometimes people go weigh themselves after a couple of weeks and don’t like the number that pops up, but what they are forgetting is that they are building muscle too and that weighs more than your previous fat. So stay away from that scale and look in the mirror, praise yourself and keep up the good work that you are doing and remind yourself that it will all be worth it in the end.

I do have a couple guides for you. No man or woman should go into this alone so I have put together some trusted guides for you. Give yourself what you deserve and go to this site and start living a better life!! http://www.extrememuscle4u.info
