Q: Can you take DHEA and BCAA's for fat loss? I heard someone say the other day that they take both together, along with some other fat burning products and it works like a charm. But how can you tell?
Q: Okay, I am thinking of trying HMB because someone I trust recommended it. I'd like to get a little more info on it though before I do. I read on the boards that some people swear by it and some people hate it and think it's useless. Worth trying?
Q: I’m starting to see some BCAA products being made with EEs (ethyl esters). Is the delivery system of EEs so better for absorption that price hikes of double the normal rate of BCAA price is justified? Is CEE that much better for it?
