Q: I was thinking of doing full body splits - one set per each body part and doing a full body workout at least 3 times per week. What do you think of this?
A: I don't think it's ideal in the long run. However, anything is going to work for a period of time if a few things are present: intensity, mind-muscle connection, and in this case, the ability to ascertain which exercises are going to be most effective for your body if one set per body part is all you've got.
