Before we begin to discuss the "how" and "what" of building mass on your body there comes one main theme to consider – commitment. The idea of saying you would like to build mass is one thing; to go back and do the same thing everyday is not the way to accomplish this rather arduous task. This is not a hobby for the weekend athlete or the weak minded. To say it another way, this will be a life altering event.
