Ninety percent of Americans consume some form of caffeine daily. Most choose coffee or soda as their delivery system, and depend upon its effects to stay awake and alert when facing the workday.
Q: I'm going to start taking CEE and a lipolytic fat burner product. Any problems associated with taking CEE and a fat burner together? Do they work against one another?
Q: I just read something that suggested that drinking caffeine is beneficial to post-workout soreness. Any truth to that?
