Q: Even though I know how important my diet is, I still find myself searching for ways to cheat! When I’m in the grocery checkout line, I can’t help but pick up a Snickers or Hershey’s with almonds and then justify it by telling myself I will just work harder tonight in the gym. I have tried the Detour bars and they aren’t bad. My question is, can you recommend something for a good snack that still solves my craving for chocolate/candy?
