Q: I have a problem. My body fat levels are decent, yet I see some people with my same body fat - or even higher - but I'm just not as impressive-looking. I don't have any vascularity. How can I fix this? Is my blood pressure too low?
A: This is a common complaint. Some vascular systems are better developed than others. Usually you'll see (for lack of a better term) "broader" veins on more experienced bodybuilders, but it's also largely genetic. Some guys are more vascular. But to increase vascularity, there are a few things you can do. Creatine supplementation will help, as will upping your minerals and sodium/ potassium/ magnesium levels.
