You need to understand your body structure because it will determine whether or not you will succeed in transforming your body. When you are choosing the type of training regimen you are going to use, the type of body structure you have will determine the exact training regimen you are going to use. If your body structure is endormorphic then this means you are overweight. If your body structure is ectomorphic then this means you have difficulty in gaining weight. However if your body structure is mesormophic then this means you have a perfect shape which is not too fat and neither is it skinny, you are in between this two extremes.
