If you're on the road - which I am a lot in my job - what can you do to grab a quick bite but still stay true to your eating plan? A: Fortunately, there are a lot of healthier choices these days at places like McDonald's and Burger King. Taco Bell is probably my own favorite because I can get a very clean meal. A flour tortilla with grilled steak or chicken, lettuce, tomato and a little cheese and salsa is an awesome meal. You can order those however you like.
