A: It's a great question and always good to examine supplements that work best based on the diet or training regimen you do at any given time. In your case, ALA - Alpha Lipoic Acid - would be a tremendous way to get your body into ketosis rapidly. Q: I'm going to start taking CEE and a lipolytic fat burner product. Any problems associated with taking CEE and a fat burner together? Do they work against one another?
A: Well, it's a great question because a lot of people combine supplements thinking that there can be no interaction because it is "over the counter", so therefore, safe. However, if you are taking a fat burner with caffeine, ma huang, etc.. which most are, you are going to need to drink a LOT more water. By not doing this, you risk dehydration and water retention as a result. CEE is a creatine product that requires a lot of water in order to be effective.
