Hard gainer and easy gainer are two different body types and both face different challenges when it comes to building muscle and burning fat. Hard gainer is a person who finds it very tough to put on muscle mass. They also have fast metabolism as compared to easy gainers. They can also burn fat more rapidly as compared to easy gainers.
