In this modern day and age, it’s very likely that in the course of our daily travel, we’re going to run into situations where we much consume fast food, or no food a all. It’s at these moments, parked in the drive-thru staring at the ordering board, that we have to make a decision as to what foods we can eat which will serve our bodybuilding goals without adding body fat to our frames.
