Mechanical load - Acute stimuli - Progressive load (increasing reps) - Strategic Deconditioning - Use of Compound Exercises - Utilizing Lactic Acid as a Stimulus for Tendon Repair - Lower volume per exercise - Training Muscle groups 3 times weekly.
