When you read any bodybuilding website or muscle magazine, you see dozens of ads for one thing: Protein. Not only is protein the building block of all muscle in the body, but it’s the foundation for the entire supplement industry, and therefore the bodybuilding industry. Without protein sales, there would be no bodybuilding magazines, and no yearly contests like the Mr. Olympia or the Arnold Classic. Use this information the next time you are reading about a pro bodybuilder’s diet plan, or the claims of some new ‘breakthrough’ product.
