A: The main thing is, stop doing everything heavy in your routine until you check it out. That is first... stop doing squats, deadlifts and other heavy workouts for legs and back. The fact that you are naming ONE leg over another and low back pain, means that you are probably suffering from some pull or strain to the sciatic nerve. Q: I’m having a lot of pain that goes between my left hip, what feels like a kink in my hip flexor, and deep glute pain. It all seems to be at relatively the same time though.... despite me feeling it more in one area or another. I didn’t injure myself to my knowledge - that is to say, I don’t remember anyhow. So what is causing this pain? I’m not doing really anything different.
