pmXfit – The Ultimate Training System!

When it comes to doing everything possible to make those front thighs grow, you have tried it all. You’ve tried high intensity (with a few heavy sets). You’ve trained with high volume protocol (with many lighter weight sets). You may have thought you’ve covered both extremes, but there is one very tough method that you have not yet encountered, that you may want to consider, if the goal of your leg day is to pack those quadriceps muscle which as much blood as humanly possible. That, of course, is high volume, high intensity training. It’s not for beginner trainers, no for the faint of heart. But if you have the guts to lift heavy – for what is not a brief amount of time – then this just might be the right training protocol for you!

Bodybuilders like Bill Pearl and Casey Viator exemplified outstanding forearms in the 1950s and 1960s.  In the 1970s, Serge Olivia was king of the forearms.  The 1980s saw thick, insane forearms on men like Bertil Fox.  In the 1990s, Steve Brisbois had perhaps the best ‘hamhocks’ in the business.  And today, top pro Phil Heath is known for his almost cartoon-like forearms.

When I was in the sales world, I realized quickly that you do not get paid for simply showing up or pretending to work. Most people get paid for working eight hours a day. However, how much work is actually being done in those eight hours? From what I saw, not too much. At least half of the day was wasted on gossip, doing tasks inefficiently, wasting time in unnecessary meetings and talking about things instead of taking action.
