A: First of all, before you start taking something to induce sleep, you should evaluate what you are already taking and see if that could be what the problem is. Q: Can taking valium help you pass a lie detector test?

We actually don't know if Valium is a beta-blocker, which is usually what slows down the epinephrine response to stress.
