You’re not a competitive bodybuilder. You don’t use steroids. You don’t have time in your schedule for two daily cardio sessions or for dedicated weight and cardio sessions individually. But you do have one thing in common with those possessing far greater time and resources to dedicate to getting diced: You want to shed a great deal of body fat. Q: I have a problem. My body fat levels are decent, yet I see some people with my same body fat - or even higher - but I'm just not as impressive-looking. I don't have any vascularity. How can I fix this? Is my blood pressure too low?
A: This is a common complaint. Some vascular systems are better developed than others. Usually you'll see (for lack of a better term) "broader" veins on more experienced bodybuilders, but it's also largely genetic. Some guys are more vascular. But to increase vascularity, there are a few things you can do. Creatine supplementation will help, as will upping your minerals and sodium/ potassium/ magnesium levels.
