Many female bodybuilders just go to the gym, tone up their physique and never engage in any weight lifting exercise and if asked why they ignore weight lifting, they are categorical that what they don’t want is build huge muscles. Most females do not want to develop muscles and look more like the muscular men they see in the gym. They are ignorant of the fact that even if they tried to, they would never develop huge muscles.
