All three of these factors are equally important for muscle building.

Workouts should be written down and well planned before it is executed. Depending on the workout you is about to execute you should stretch out that body part. Stretching out the body part that you are about to workout can reduce the risk of injury and pulling or straining a joint. Make sure you write down you workouts and your workout times. Be sure to not workout the same body part more than once at a given time. Over working a muscle can cause serious injury over time.

Diet is another factor of muscle building workouts. Without the proper diet building muscle can become very challenging. Consuming large amounts of healthy calories puts healthy weight on your body which in turn into muscle mass if you are physically active in the gym or in the weight room. Another way of taking advantage of a good diet is to consume a generous amount of protein. Protein contributes to the body b building extra muscle mass and strength to the body. Make sure to consume a good amount of fiber daily. Fiber is great for the body and it can work wonders for your overall health over time.

Rest is probably the most important part of muscle building workouts. Without proper rest your body can be seriously injured over time. Depending on what body part you workout and how long you work it out, you should think about that when you are planning your rest times. Rest times shouldn’t be planned for too long, long rest times can harm your chances of maximizing your results. If you work out a body part one day and then don’t work it out for weeks later then your results will decrease. The best way of learning how much rest your body needs is to listen to your body. If you still feel sore after a day or two after you work out a body part then you should still rest that body part until that body part doesn’t feel as sore. Always remember that rest is the only way your muscle and body can heal and build muscle. Without rest your chances of maximizing your results are very narrow.
