The Best Training Routines To Transform Your Physique Fast
By Dane C. Fletcher
If you are looking to transform your physique from that of skinny twerp to massive giant, then you should realize that in the end, it all comes down to muscle cells.
At the chemical level, you can actually make great gains in terms of muscle size and strength by growing your muscle cells – while never touching a weight. As you can guess, however, this does involve the use of steroids, which isn’t a good idea for some lifters. If you have already used steroids, then you are aware of some of the negative side effects. However, you are probably also quite aware of the terrific increases in muscle size that steroids provide, as well as the permanent changes that occur at the cellular level. Retired professional bodybuilders tend to keep the vast majority of their size, provided they stay healthy. The reason they keep this size – even without steroid use – is that the muscle cells of their body have permanently altered shape. They will be bigger than they were before the gear, before they ever touched a weight – and it’s all due to permanent cellular changes.
At the nutritional level, muscle cells are directly affected by the food you eat. As the torn muscle fibers work to recover from a workout, they look to the bloodstream for the amino acids they use as building blocks to rebuild. If you are able to consume 6 servings of 30 to 40 grams of protein per day, then your blood will be soaked with these nutrients, and they will be at the fingertips of your very eager muscle cells. At this point – growth occurs!
At the supplemental level, there are a variety of products that you can utilize to help facilitate better muscle recovery following extremely tough workouts. Creatine, Mesobolin, and a score of others help to draw more oxygen into your bloodstream, more water into your muscle groups, and more protein to your muscle cells as they attempt to grow back stronger.
At the training level, muscle cells are inspired, driven and ordered to grow as a result of the tough workouts that you subject your body to, 3 to 6 days per week! When you train hard, you tear down a great number of muscle fibers of both the fast and slow twitch varieties. It is in their rebuilding (using proteins from your diet) that the muscle fibers (composed of muscle cells) grow back thicker and stronger. And, as a result, the muscle group itself grows back thicker and stronger!
Now that you know how muscle cells are related to the goals you possess in the gym, it is time to decide if you have what it takes to make the meaningful changes to your diet, training, and supplementation routines necessary to actually facilitate the kind of transformational changes you are envisioning. Do you want to get bigger, stronger, faster, leaner and more powerful? Do you want to permanently change the way the world sees you? Then it’s time to get in the gym and give it everything you have in order to alter those muscle cells forever. Good luck!
