Calories in the body are very important but once they are in excess, they are detrimental to the health of an individual. Start with adding little resistance training in the program which you set for your body building. While doing this, be careful because it easily can lead to exhaustion or injury and this is worse because it can stop your training instantly. Lie with your facedown, and the forearms placed straight on the floor and the elbows placed under shoulders. Exhale deeply as you take the lift, making sure that only the forearms and the respective balls of the feet touch the subsequent floor. Remember that breathing normally is important and holding the breath is relevant. But in the entire training, never let the hips sag and aim at least 40 seconds of the workout.
Some kneeling push-ups are also a good way of doing this. The best way is to position the hands under the shoulders. Take an exhalation using your knees to push up and palms placed on the floor, while the body lies in a straight line to perfect the balance. Take another position and lower the chest and let it meet the floor but make sure that you go as per the extent which the body can go avoiding any sag of the hip in the middle. The routine can be given as many repetitions as one can hold and this will be best directed by the way you assess your body feeling.
You have to keep on remembering that excess calories are an enemy to the body and all efforts must be done to make sure that they are eliminated from the body. With the threats of high blood pressure, cardiac arrests and retarded growth, one for sure must go for the option of getting off the excess calories to avoid all these complications from up coming.
