pmXfit – The Ultimate Training System!
I’m sure there is someone who would find it ridiculous tat I would write an article to tell someone to go to sleep at night. Personally I need to read an article that will tell me to get out of bed more often, I love my sleep and I don’t condole anything that interrupts my time in the bedroom. Most of the bodybuilder’s who have problems with getting adequate time to rest are the ones who have a million responsibilities each day. You wake up early to make breakfast and prepare the kids for school and also pack for the some lunch or snacks. If you’re the lady then you know that your husband also needs to be taken care of in the morning. You then get prepared for the next 8 or 10 hours in your busy office.
After doing those many hours, you drop by the gm or about 2 hours maximum of working out. As soon as you leave the gym, you remember that the family is still waiting for you to take home grocery or even better, make dinner. So you rush home, continue with taking care of your family until the last person falls asleep. After clearing the dishes, you then go to bed. 3 or 4 hour into your sleep, you remember that you’re losing tone, so you have to get up earlier and hit the home gym for about an hour before you can then start the chores all over again. If you think this is exaggerated, then truly envy you. Some people have it worse than this, a lot worse.
This means that he or she gets 3 or4 hours of sleep every day. This is simply not sufficient regardless to whether or not they workout but more so if they do. Sleep ensures tat you have a healthy head, heart and basically a healthy system. Body building entails that your boy should be as fit as a fiddle. A lot of blood pumping goes on as you work out meaning that it is essential that your heart be in goo shape. Research has shown that that people who get less than 5 hours of sleep each night have a 40% more likelihood of getting some form of cardiovascular illness than those who sleep for more hours.
Cortisol is a hormone that your boy releases as you sleep. Lack of enough sleep upsets the cortisol balance an excess release of cortisol results in interference of serotonin production. If you are sleep deprive nearly all the time, then it is no wonder that you are always grumpy, depressed and always hungry.
Repair of damaged cells and replenishing of energy among other important processes take place as one sleeps. All these processes are controlled by the brain which cannot function optimally if it doesn’t get adequate rest. If you struggle with getting sleep, try cutting down on your caffeine intake. I you are he super dad or mum described above, getting an efficient house help is a good place to start. Don’t eat heavy meals before bed an aromatherapy works wonders when it comes to sleep.
