pmXfit – The Ultimate Training System!

Today, many people have already pressed the wrong key in their life. They are perpetually on the autopilot. This is an age of instant messages, instant coffee, instant meals and instant everything. What they need or seek is everything that has been made easier and automatic. No wonder we have so many junkie body builders who live for, by and under anabolic steroids, just because of the promise of quick muscle mass without training. No wonder the miracle diets for fat loss programs are a hit and raking millions of dollars despite the outright lies they peddle. No wonder, so many people admire and want to be body builders but that is all they ever do, since the gym scares the stiff.
If it is the TV, they need a remote. They need a huge fridge so that they can make a budget for one month before they find themselves in the market. They just shop interminably for things that make then lazy. They only tend to live together with equipments that will always function with minimal human labor.
This kind of an attitude has inflicted the society from old people to babies. We no longer have physical education on the school timetable, since children should not be molested by coaches into doing what they don’t want. Two story buildings are now being built with lifts. Cars are automatic and you don’t have to struggle with the gears or the clutch. Instant deliveries have made life easier since you can order for a pizza online, with the click of a mouse. Doors are no longer opened for visitors since there is an electronic button right in the sitting room and when the neighbor calls he will be invited in and he or she can come to the sitting room before you wake up from the seat.
We are talking about a society that is riding on a deathbed of inactivity. The automation and computerization age has greatly affected our physical functionality. We exclusively depend on machines, lifts, washers, computers, gadgets and cars, today. The machines have steered us away from our normal performance and we no longer have to do anything with our muscles. When our cars break down at the middle of a journey, we quickly call a breakdown on the phone before even squatting to check what is the problem. Don’t be surprised then that we are calling breakdowns after a puncture fro it is not befitting to struggle with jacks and spanners just to spare some loose change.
It is therefore very crucial that we embrace bodybuilding as a lifestyle or else we are doomed. The contemporary lifestyles are nothing more but freeway traffic to diseases and medical complexities like diabetes, body fat problems, breathing problems, cancer, cardiac arrest, blood pressure and many more maladies. It is only body building training that can bring sanity back, since what we need is not another automatic gadget, but a manual one. We need to get active and soon, body building is therefore the only cue out.
